Not only here but in my journal. I have found through the years that writing in my journal consistently is not only good for my mental health, but also good for my creativity. Some days it’s a list–and even then, sometimes a to-do list. Others, it’s letting go of irritants and other emotions that block my creativity. Purging frustration and anger or celebrating success. It keeps me accountable. What do you do to feed your creativity?
