Art Life Coach self-care

Getting Out of Your Own Way

Have you ever wanted to reach a goal or try something new but you kept thinking, I don’t know how? Where do I start? What’s the first step? I know I have. Hell, I do it every day. You know what? Those are the exact thoughts that keep you stuck.

My personal growth has taken me on a path, even I couldn’t have planned out. I spent my life fighting my own God-given talents. Thinking that I need to have a “real” job. Thinking I couldn’t make it as an artist or as a Life Coach. Yet, the years of the pandemic allowed me to explore things. I found myself wanting to explore the traumas I had held onto for so long. I started yoga, then took my practice to a deeper level of being certified with a 300 hour course. I meditated and got to know myself again. I let go of some fears I knew about and others, I didn’t. I found myself drawn to Reiki healing for myself and then to become a Reiki practitioner. I mainly use Reiki on myself and close friends. I have an amazing massage therapist and Reiki Master who I see monthly for my own healing. I am always amazed as what comes up that I can finally let go of for good.

Clearing out all that mental clutter has allowed me to open up to intuition and my creativity even more. I am painting more now than I have in the last few years. I’m teaching Canva to creatives, coaches, and crafters because we all want to grow and increase our digital creating knowledge. I have revisited my thoughts around being a life coach. I wanted to niche myself down to a creative coach, but the more I work on myself, the more I see how I can help others with what I’ve gone through and how I have moved past the obstacles that kept me stuck.

In the coming weeks, I will be opening up some slots for one-on-one coaching this spring. I haven’t offered one on one coaching for a year, but I feel called back to it. The slots will be for a limited run of 6 weeks beginning in April. The limited run will be at a special price with the option to continue for 6 more weeks at the same special price. We will meet once a week for 45 minutes for 3 weeks, have one week off, and then return for 3 more weeks. This will be a paid coaching, with payment plan options. If you are interested, please join the wait list today. You’ll receive an email when the doors open to sign up.
